   I applied for UAN number through my company (HGS) on 12 of April 2016. My application reference no is 2016041219354. But still I didn’t get my UAN no. Please do send my UAN no to my mobile no. 9620646521.

            Request ID can be of 10 digit only. What is your Provident Fund Number?
